1. Digital Products

VELORA STUDIO sells downloadable digital products, including budgeting spreadsheets, financial trackers, digital planners, templates, and other digital resources.

All products are delivered electronically. No physical goods are shipped.

Please review the product description, included file formats, software requirements, and compatibility information carefully before purchasing.

2. Digital Delivery

Following successful payment, customers normally receive access to their purchased digital files through a download link provided on the order confirmation page and/or by email.

Please ensure that the email address entered during checkout is correct.

If you experience difficulties accessing or downloading your purchase, please contact our customer support team.

3. Right of Withdrawal for Digital Content

Consumers may have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal under applicable consumer protection law.

For digital content that is not supplied on a physical medium, this right may expire once the supply of the digital content has begun, provided that all applicable legal requirements have been fulfilled.

In particular, before the supply begins, the consumer must:

• Expressly consent to the supply of the digital content beginning before the end of the withdrawal period.

• Acknowledge that this consent results in the loss of the statutory right of withdrawal once the supply begins.

• Receive the legally required confirmation of this consent and acknowledgement on a durable medium.

Where these requirements are satisfied and the supply of digital content has begun, the statutory right of withdrawal expires.

Where these requirements have not been satisfied, any applicable statutory withdrawal rights remain unaffected.

4. Refund Requests

Where the statutory right of withdrawal has validly expired, we do not generally offer voluntary refunds for purchases of digital content solely because a customer has changed their mind, no longer needs the product, or has decided not to use it.

This policy does not exclude or restrict any mandatory consumer rights.

Refunds or other legal remedies will be provided where required by applicable law, including where digital content is defective, does not conform to the contract, or cannot be supplied as agreed.

5. Technical Problems and Defective Files

If your digital product cannot be downloaded, opened, or used as described, please contact us.

We may ask for your order number, a description of the problem, and relevant technical information to help investigate the issue.

Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, we may provide a working replacement file, restore access, bring the digital content into conformity, reduce the price, or issue a refund where legally required.

6. File Compatibility

Customers should check the product description before purchasing to confirm the required software and supported file formats.

VELORA STUDIO products may include Microsoft Excel files, Google Sheets-compatible templates, PDF documents, and other digital resources.

Compatibility information provided in each product description forms part of the product information. Your statutory rights remain unaffected if a product does not conform to that description.

7. Personal Use and Licensing

Unless a product description expressly states otherwise, purchased digital templates are licensed for the purchaser's own personal use.

Customers may not resell, redistribute, share, sublicense, or commercially exploit the original template files without prior written permission.

These licensing restrictions do not affect mandatory rights granted under applicable law.
